why train with us?

I have experienced first hand how boring, monotonous and sometimes painful working out can be.

I get it. It sucks sometimes.

On the other hand, I have also experienced how exercise can magically open up emotional blocks, get you into flow state and even cure severe anxiety. 

My specialized training method is built on designing each client's session based on their individual taste, style, physical goals and current mood (yes I said mood!). When your workout is designed for your specific training style AND individual mindset, the physical gains seem to come much easier and 10 times faster. 



bottom line - we train hard,
but we have fun


When you’re having fun, busting through limiting beliefs and are fully engaged, guess what happens..? You forget you’re working out and it no longer becomes a chore!
