When people look to make a lasting life change, they turn to New York City fitness and lifestyle transformation expert Jennifer Leah Gottlieb, owner of JLG Fitness and creator of the 360 Shift. Over the past decade, Jennifer has helped men and women of all ages, backgrounds and sizes take on their biggest physical and mental challenges, from losing hundreds of pounds to learning how to make fitness a fun and integrated lifestyle choice.

Jennifer is a NASM certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist who is also pre and post natal certified.  A renowned fitness and health expert, Jennifer has been published in BC Health and Men's Fitness, and is a weekly contributor to thedailymeal.com.  She is also a brand ambassador for the fitness apparel line, Carbon38. Jennifer is best known for co-hosting 14 seasons of VH1's international hit That Metal Show, where she interviewed and did on-camera fitness routines with legendary rock and roll icons such as Ted Nugent, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, and Peter Criss of Kiss. These wildly popular segments went viral and launched Jennifer's own web series Miss Box of Fitness. Jennifer has also appeared on ABC's Good Morning Washington, and Life and Living with Joanna Gagis on PBS.

After helping countless clients over the years with lasting success in achieving their weight loss goals, Jennifer created her signature program, The 360 Shift. A 21 day transformational program that incorporates workouts, meal plans, meditation, yoga and guided journaling. Jennifer believes that one of the keys to a permanent physical transformation is "shifting your mindset to shape your body."  Simply, if a mental shift is not made, the physical change will most likely not last. Jennifer also offers individually tailored programs and virtual coaching to help clients incorporate a holistic approach to diet and exercise to reinforce this mind-body connection.

One of Jennifer's other great passions in life is acting and performing. She studied musical theatre, film, and television at The Hartt School and at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Jennifer achieved one of her greatest dreams by playing Linda in the Broadway national tour of the Tony Award-nominated musical comedy The Wedding Singer, to which she received rave reviews.  While living on the road for a year, performing night after night, Jennifer learned the importance of personal well-being, which sparked her career as a fitness and nutrition expert. Jennifer's own transformation gave her a roadmap to empower her clients to reshape their bodies and lives.
