  • Given a personalized workout schedule that’s tailored to your body, your lifestyle and your goals 
  • Privately trained twice a week
  • Guided on how to integrate 360 Shift strategies through not only the 21-day program but permanently in your lifestyle
  • Held accountable to your food logs, journaling exercises, meditations and workouts
  • 100% supported  

You’ll receive the full shebang, including:

  • Access to the entire 360 Shift Program (including meal plans, workouts, meditations, evening yoga flow, recipes and journaling)
  • 24 in-person training sessions with Jen or one of her trainers
  • Weekly accountability check-ins and food log reviews
  • Unlimited email access to Jen, for support when you need it
